Step 1: Know your "Why"    Goals and Dreams Worksheet and Treasure Hunting

Step 2: Schedule your first Private Business Reception within 3-7 days.
If your sponsor is not in your local area, you can accomplish much of this with him/her by phone. Ask your sponsor if there's someone he/she recommends to help you in your local area. Be sure you are following our team system in the process, and Keep It Simple!

Track your progress and make notes as you contact your prospects. You'll be excited to see how your success will grow as your skills grow! Keeping track of this is essential!

Step 3: Create your Marketing List. Don't prejudge anyone. 
You’ve started a new business and to help you launch your business you need to let your friends and family know about your business. If you opened a new restaurant you might invite them to the "Grand Opening." This business is no different and they can refer people to you. Trust this process…it works. Do it, and you will see the results.

Step 4: Contact and Invite
Expose the top 30 people with your sponsor through Private Business Receptions (PBR's), Business Briefings, Sit-downs, the Success Magazines, DVD's, website, sizzle call, long distance packages. Follow up within 48 hours utilizing a 3-way call with your support person.

Step 5: Practice the membership presentation with your sponsor.

Step 6.  Work with your sponsor to get your first 3 associates with memberships (or 5 memberships) within your first 45 days.

Systems and Tools for the next level of leadership
 

Mapping/structure call - Be sure you have a detailed First Step Training with your sponsor or other active upline support team member.  We want to assist you in reaching your dreams!

Determine a time line for your goals to rank advance to Sr. Associate, Manager, Director, Executive Director.  As your team grows, do the same with each new associate.  This will help you create activity to reach your dreams.  Remember the old cliche:  If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

10 Core Commitments  - we all build one day at a time, one brick at a time.

Communication loop - Be sure you have access to information from your Platinums and Gold Executive Directors and the home office.  If you don't already know who they are, ASK!   Ask your upline or call the home office at 580-436-7424 and ask them to tell you this vital information.   Sign up for the PPLWorld email blast system.
